Roy Ballam trained at South Bank University specialising in Food Technology. Before taking up his position at BNF, he was Head of Food Technology at Kemnal Technology College in Bromley. His work at the Foundation includes curriculum development work, delivery of in-service training and production of new education resources. He has been involved extensively with curriculum development projects, and has published a number of articles and papers on the areas of healthy eating and nutrition, cooking and ICT.
Janet Wilson, D&T Co-ordinator at Elms Bank Specialist Art College, teaches Food Technology to students with a wide range of special needs.
